The School Library System (SLS) of Erie 2 Chautauqua-Cataraugus BOCES, established by Commissioner's Regulations, is a state funded program whose mission is to support the school library programs of the region's 27 districts and non-public schools. Our goal is to enable equity of access, facilitating the sharing of resources to all students, teachers, and staff in the region. The SLS also provides professional development, resources and support for school librarians so they may be curricular leaders and educational partners with teachers and administrators in their districts.
